Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes before training begins. That way you should get a chance to meet our Chief Instructor and ask him any questions. There is usually also another opportunity to ask questions at the end of each training session. Please note: Karate may be suitable for one person and not the other.
We advise that you turn up wearing a t-shirt and track suit bottoms. Be prepared to train in bare feet. After a few weeks you should purchase a karate suit and any equipment as advised by the instructor. It is a requirement that evidence of your grade should be produced for inspection, this must be in the form of a Karate licence where the grade has been endorsed by a grading officer.

My 3 children started a couple of month’s ago, shy and unconfident but with the help of all the wonderful warriors there and the instructor’s they are now coming out of their shell and slowly becoming more confident. I cannot rate this place enough. The warriors are of all ages but they all help each other and have a great team spirit. I love watching them train they are really amazing to watch! Some serious skills in this place. Hoping my 3 achieve their goals with the help of the Rochdale Warriors!
