Services
Originally Stone Farm, the property was bought by Samuel Lang (brother-in-law of the Duke of Bedford) and developed into four villas, Langstone Villas, surrounded by the pleasure grounds (as per deeds) in 1871. These villas were probably used by mine workers. Subsequently, the whole building was developed into the Manor house and an extension added.
When camping on Dartmoor National Park, Langstone Manor Holiday Park has a perfect location and offers something for everyone. We have a mixture of grass and hardstanding camping pitches (40 pitches) with hook-up if required. All are suitable for tents, campervans, touring caravans, motorhomes and trailer tents.
A basic pod for 2 people - it has a TV, heating, USB and electric socket, lights and a table & chairs. You need all your camping gear including your air bed or camping mat. Kitty pod is pet free. Check in time is from 2pm to 9pm and check out time is 11am. The Large camping pods have a double sofa bed, TV heating, lights & an electric & USB socket.
The stylish fleet of static holiday caravans at Langstone Manor are all modern models with central heating & home from home comforts. Each one has a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, microwave, full-sized oven & fridge freezer. A bathroom with shower, washbasin & toilet & lounge area with a dining table & chairs, television, DVD, and two bedrooms a double & twin room with a pull-out bed in the lounge.
Maple and Honeysuckle cottages offer home from home spacious holiday accommodation with their own gardens where you can relax and enjoy a barbecue on a lazy summer's afternoon. Both cottages have three bedrooms, two doubles (Maple has a four poster bed) and a twin room. Upstairs are bathrooms with bath, shower and toilet, Honeysuckle has an en-suite to one of the doubles, whilst Maple has a downstairs toilet.

Although weather was wet and windy, we had a really lovely stay as per usual. Beautiful site set on Dartmoor. Facilities are brilliant and very clean. Everything thought of fire walkers and campers alike.

Perfect place for a relaxing weekend!
I booked a Large Pod on the Monday before our Friday stay.
Firstly the lovely lady was so accommodating as they were closing for winter from the 30/10/2021 but she very kindly let us have the Friday to Sunday (31/10/2021)
She was friendly and helpful throughout the call and booking confirmation was sent instant.
Upon are arrival to the site, literally ‘away from it all’ in Dartmoor National Park we were welcomed by a friendly gentleman.
He asked if we’d like to upgrade to a Mega Pod as they’d had a cancellation.
This was so worth it for a little

Really enjoyed our stay in one of the dog friendly pods. All the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The toilet and shower block was the cleanest I have ever seen in a holiday park. We also had dinner at the restaurant, the menu had a lot of choice, the food was very good. The restaurant was very dog friendly which was handy.

Really nice smallish site in a great location to walk out on to the Moor. We parked up when we got there and didn't move the car until we left several days later as we could just walk up on to the Moor.
The restaurant and bar were pretty good. It wasn't the poshest food but it was sensibly price and basically decent pub grub. The bar was quite nice too. The site shop doesn't have loads in it but probably everything camping related you'd need but not really any food. However, if you pre order the night before you can have fresh pastries straight out of the bread oven the next morning, which were

Located in the heart of Dartmoor is one of the best Glamping sites ever! The hosts on site are absolutely amazing ensuring you're aware of the local area and the walks that are available. The facilities on site are clean to a super high standard with extra options of freshly baked goods for breakfast each morning, and by fresh, they were still warm upon collection.
The bar and restaurant on site hosts local ales and ciders as well as serving amazing food at a more than reasonable price with a games room for those who want to enjoy themselves after their meal.
The pod that we stayed in was amazing

Had a fantastic stay at Langstone manor, we weren't sure what to expect having never been 'Glamping' before but we were very pleasantly surprised. The facilities were very clean and inviting and the team were very welcoming and friendly, even pointing out some nearby hiking spots which we took full advantage of. Lovely tucked away and quiet location, almost feels as if you have the place to yourself in the evenings. Really pleasant stay and a great location if you're interested in doing some hiking or getting away for a quiet escape. We wouldn't hesitate to return for another visit. With Autumn

What a lovely campsite! We camped here after having been let down by another site; the owners couldn't have been nicer or more helpful in helping us at the last minute. The site is nestled away about 5 mins from the main road, which means it's all nice and quiet. Pitches are nicely laid out, with plenty of electric hook-up points and fresh water taps. There's a restaurant on site that does good food and local beers. The site amenities were really good; clean and well-cared for. They can provide breakfast pastries if you order the night before as well, so no need to worry about having to get up

Just returned from a two night stay in a Mega Pod with our two children (10 & 6) and friends in a neighbouring pod with two children (6 & 4). The booking experience was great, the site staff were helpful and accommodating. We also received a very warm and informative welcome when we arrived. Taking the time to give guests a tour of the site and… demonstration of some of the features of the pod was really helpful. The site itself is very well maintained and the shared facilities are lovely. Showers are lovely and warm! The Mega Pod is compact and bijou but offers everything you need

My family enjoyed a birthday celebration of my son and great grandson Saturday afternoon. Although the weather was dire, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The food was excellent, and we were well looked after by the brilliant staff there. The site also has camping facilities with caravans and glamping pods available. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay, we have been once a year for 3 years now (except during covid) always great. Clean, friendly, great on site pub for food if its raining. We always stay in a mega pod, they have everything you need for an easy stay. Only have to bring your own bedding and camp stuff. They have a fridge, kettle and a clean toilet in each pod. And the beds are comfy! Cool bbq in your own little garden area. Cleanest shower blocks I have ever used. Nice little park for the kids. Nice little walks around or short drive to lots of nice places, including Tavistock. lots of streams to play in on a nice
