Our Bike Fitting service is currently unavailable. We can still offer some basic help with bike setup and fit - please contact the shop for details. We provide a Professional Bike Fitting Service at our Bury St. Edmunds store to help you find your perfect bike, or to set you up on your existing bike.
Our Bury St. Edmunds shop has a professional workshop with highly qualified staff. We are a certified Shimano Service Centre, offering expert services at very reasonable rates. Our workshop is busy, but we ensure that we remain flexible and reliable with our time estimates. There is no need to book - we offer a same-day repair service for puncture repairs, and all other work usually only takes 1 or 2 days.

Dropped off a wheel after spoke broke over weekend for replacement, trueing and new tubeless tape on a Monday. Was told the workshop was rather busy yet received a call the following day advising the wheel had been repaired (at minimal cost). I also previously bought a bike from the shop for my son and they built up two sizes in next to no time just form him to try both for best fit. Staff are incredibly helpful and approachable. I never felt any sale pressure from the shop either. A real asset to have this shop locally :-)
