Fantastic help in every way, from what size bike you will need, to even putting lights on it, bottle holder, pump and mud guards. They will help you in anyway possible with bike knowledge and advice. It does not feel like a business but more of a friendly place where they take all there time in there efforts in the concern of you and your bike 10/10 👍🏻

I cannot sing the praises for this organisation highly enough! I had not had a bike since I was a teenager (I'm now 36) and I needed to start commuting to work through hilly Bristol. I booked lessons (they're free if you're local!!) with a local trainer and then bought my bike from Bike Back, based at HMP Bristol. I absolutely love riding around the city now. They helped me build my confidence and the helped me get a bike which would work for me. These guys are great!
