Whilst our dog grooming is done in a purpose built room behind reception, our shop is dedicated to providing a vast selection of raw dog food and accessories. We stock the UKs leading raw dog food suppliers, including, Natural Instinct, Albion, Benyfit Natural, Miro and Makauri, Ancol, Stinky Stuff and many many more.

Services
We only use top of the range all natural shampoos, conditioners and coat care products in our salon. We have a full size hydrobath designed to penetrate right down to the dogs skin that provides a warm, massaging bathing experience. The bath is fully adjustable and can accomodate both very tiny and extra large breeds.

I have always had my little yorkie groomed by dog tails and they are very professional and friendly. Please do not cancel or not turn up even if you have a valid reason, as they don’t want to know and not forgiving. I now have to go elsewhere! Having said that I would still recommend them! As I was told they have a business to run!

I have to say what a fantastic service as always from all of the dog tails team.
They ensure they have the correct contact details so that they can contact you once they are nearly done. As our dog goes mad the minute she smells or hears any of us which must make it so hard for the team.
Thay have done a brilliant job on our Lab "Bailey" and she smells amazing too. Also no more tapping around on the laminate floor, now she has nice short claws😉Top class.
I couldn't recommend these guys any higher if I tried.

Hubby posted his review , saying how good this grooming parlour is, and I totally agree. The first time I saw my rescue bichon after her first professional groom I had a tear in my eye and now she’s had her second one, and looks beautiful. Three days later she’s still fluffy and pretty and was calmer on her second visit. Advice is given too on how to care for your dogs, I’m very happy with our new groomers. We had been with our previous groomers over 20 years but Covid finished their business, so it was nerve wracking trusting someone else. Happy to put my darlings in their capable hands

We initially met Vicky when out walking and I was impressed with the advice that she gave me about how to care for my dog's coat. We attended for a puppy intro pack and it was the best decision we have ever made. She has now been grooming my dog for three years and he loves to visit her for a cuddle. The team are professional, friendly and kind to all the animals and know each dog so well. Vicky continues to offer high standard care and takes time and care to groom his coat to perfection. I feel so fortunate to have found the shop and that we are so well looked after. I cannot recommend them more

I've been using Dog Tails for over 3 years now, I have two cocker spaniels and two poodles. My youngest poodle is around 5 months and is quite sensitive, Vicky has been fantastic and has done lots of (free) puppy treatments before booking him in for a full groom, fantastic service. My other girls are always groomed to perfection and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else!
