Sussex born and raised, I am passionate about the correct care and treatment of dogs. Through experience and training I treat every animal with respect, love and dignity. Grooming is a very demanding career, but one I thoroughly enjoy, knowing I am helping both dog and owner achieve the best for their dog.

Clicker training is a really great way of teaching your pet new things in a positive way and making learning fun for both of you. You can clicker train any animal, including dogs, cats, horses and rabbits. What is clicker training? Clicker training is a really positive training method based on rewarding an animal for good behaviour.
Since Kipper has been groomed by Caroline, his coat is easier to maintain. He also appears to respond to Caroline better than the previous groomer, where there were many dogs. I highly recommend Caroline, I wanted a sympathetic groomer for my lovely old boy, and have been very impressed. Pepe is happy with his visits and so am I. Caroline's prices are extremely reasonable for the level of professionalism and wealth of knowledge she offers. She restored our floofy Eurasier to full glory (actually, better than we'd ever seen him) and clearly worked hard and carefully to achieve that. On top of that, she was generous with lots of useful advice about all manner of things: from harness types to recall tips and much more. And above everything, she's really friendly and welcome. Oh, and our dog really liked her too.

My Goldendoodle Murphy, has only seen Caroline (& Bill) 3 times to help him get used to the whole ‘new to him’ process of being groomed. Caroline is brilliant with him, patient, calm and soothing. I was amazed how well he took to his 1st, 2nd and his 3rd visits, each time Caroline doing a little bit more with him. He stands letting whatever needs to be done with calm acceptance. I’m so proud of him and cannot thank Caroline enough. A totally positive experience for both Murphy and me.
