The Bark Lane experience is one you and your pet will enjoy. We ensure a calm, professional environment and our aim is to meet all of your pet's needs. We welcome all breeds; little and large and have experience in working around health implications and behaviour issues. As a fully qualified, City & Guilds dog groomer, with years worth of experience in the animal industry, your pets are more than safe in our capable hands!
We are also experienced in nutrition, hydrotherapy and behaviour at Degree level. With only a team of two, one person is always hands on with your pet, we never overlap or crate our dogs, unless preferred, and a team of two will always be on hand for our cat grooms. Your pets get the ultimate personal experience with Chelsie as the only stylist.

Services
Aimed at our pups under 5 months old, with the intention of easing them into the grooming experience for their full grooming packages in later life. This includes a puppy bath, blow dry, full pawdicure, hygiene area clip and a face trim. It's recommended that a full groom is not carried out on a puppy under 6 months old, as coat texture & condition may be altered.
Bark Lane are the best groomers around. FACT! Chelsie is brilliant with the doggy's, she does Ollie my little shitzu and my mums dog Ted who can be very nervous with strangers and isn't keen on having his nails clipped. She's so patient, kind and calm and Ted loves his visits now and has his nails clipped with no problem.

I started to take my pampered pooches to Bark Lane when my usual groomer retired. They are always happy to go into the grooming room with no coaxing required and they are always beautifully fragrant and happy when I pick them up. I would recommend Bark Lane to anyone without hesitation , and indeed do!

Our dog Freddie adores this place. He's pulling on the lead as soon as we park the car. The head groomer is gifted person with the passion for her doggie clients and her dog grooming skills are outstanding! We usually get a bit of schools' traffic on the way over but its worth the wait. Freddie has had an eye problem for some time but I'm sure the care and attention he has received from Bark Lane has helped him make a full recovery.

Bark Lane have groomed our cockapoo since we got him last year and we wouldn't take him anywhere else! They have given us great advice and caught an ear infection early so we could quickly treat!

Having been to other groomers and not having been entirely happy I found Bark Lane and wouldn't go anywhere else. Chelsea and her team are fantastic and Barney always looks fantastic when I pick him up. The dedication and pride that Chelsea has for her work are evident from the moment you walk through the door and the dogs love her. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Absolutely outstanding service! My black Labrador positively adores going to see Chelsie for his 3 monthly bath and blow. He always leaves with his tail wagging, a few treats heavier 🙊 and smelling divine! He’s getting on a bit now so can’t stand as long as he used to, and Chelsie always takes that into consideration, letting him take rests and making him comfortable on the table. I wouldn’t trust anybody else with my boy! 🖤

Chelsie at Bark Lane is just brilliant and I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. He loves going there so much, he actually sprints out of the car to get through the door, and always comes out looking so smart and soft. She is also really helpful and always happy to answer any questions you have. Amazing service and I can't recommend her enough.

Bark Lane have groomed my Pug and Cavachon for the last four years. They are so caring and attentive, the dogs absolutely love it there (so much so, that we can never walk past without them clawing at the window to get in!!) Chelsie and Paige really take the time to get to know your pets and bond with them, which makes the entire process brilliant and stress free.
