We specialise in fitting of children's shoes we are members of The Society of Shoe Fitter fitting is so important we use three points when measuring. Asses, measure then fit. The products we source are normally European as the leathers and designs are fantasic.
Our ladies selection changes each season, we follow the fashions attend two trade shows for shoes and two for clothing. We would love you to experience the SHW experience. Services
We chose to add handbands to our shop as they compliment the footwear we sell. We love the brand Red Cuckoo it gives us fun trendy classics and colour at an affordable price. Other brands we sell are Vera Tucci an Italian brand well know for their Italia leathers. Golunski are amazing soft leather bags and purses.
Our school shoes are chosen really carefully. Petasil as a brand is amazing for the widths D E F G H they have arch support lined in leather and are great leather. Ricosta is a German brand that has air injected sole units making them very light weight. A very durable brand having removable foot beds we can remove these if we need to add deep orthotics.
Trainer selection from SWH are Skechers fun and fashionable memory foam funky colour ways. Superfit is such a supportive trainer perfect for preschoolers and any sporting activity these go up to a EU 40 UK 7. Joma is our chosen brand for Private schools who require plain White or plain Black trainers for PE.
Everyone needs to splash in muddy puddles however old you are! We have tried many welly brand but have decided to now just stock Term Wellys they are just amazing. They have a great sole unit where your child's foot is not directly on the floor they have a proper fitted sock and they are duel sizes.
We spend a lots of time making sure we only have quality shoes. We look for great scuff bumpers, arch support style and durability. Boys are generally harder on their shoes than the girls so we accommodate this but looking for big scuff bumpers.
When it comes to our soon to be young gentlemen style comes in with the more business look but still having the narrow heels that so many boys have they may have large is size feet but not yet the width of a man shoe.

Best kids shoe shop EVER! Incredible range of to quality brands hat you don’t get in the standard kids shoe shops and fair prices. Teresa the owner goes out of her way to make sure the comfort, fit and style is perfect your your little one’s feet. During lockdown she’s make a 1.5hour round trip TWICE to my house to bring shoes for my kids to try on via a ‘doorstep fitting’ in a Covid safe way. We couldn’t recommend her more. Amazing service and she’s a lovely lady too!!

Since the shop opened I have always taken my daughters for all of their shoes and am so thankful that I have. Upon fitting my eldest (who always had trouble with fittings at other shops) for her school shoes Michelle pointed out that her feet were rolling inwards and that she could benefit from a trip to the podiatrist. To cut a long story short.... we are now under a consultant at the hospital and waiting for our first set of orthotics. I am so greatful to Michelle for her help and support as this had not been pointed out by other shoe shops and will hopefully put an end to my daughters misery

Nice shop but can't help feeling you get seriously 'sold to'. Like I overheard a shop assistant tell someone on the phone that they don't sell Clarks shoes because they aren't high enough quality (which compared to the shoes they do sell simply isn't true). But if you are someone that knows what you want and are a strong enough character to avoid getting hit by a sales job, it really is a nice little shop that properly measure feet sizes and have a fair range of shoes. Also it is award winning so they must be doing something right! :)
