Baillando Dancewear

We visited today for pointe shoes fitting. We were welcomed and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The lady helping us gave us plenty of time and her expert knowledge to get the right shoes. Would definitely recommend and for us, was worth travelling from Ashford.

Really helpful and friendly staff, wouldn't go anywhere else! (and sorry to say we have been to a few!) always a pleasure to shop here. Thank you Ladies!

This is the 3rd pair of pointe shoes I've purchased from Baillando and as always the ladies were amazing, it doesn't matter how many pairs of shoes the child needs to try on they just keep getting them out to always make sure they have the right ones in the end! fabulous service 👏

Popped in today to get my Daughter her 1st pair of Ballet & Jazz shoes. the ladies looked after her, making sure her shoes fit just right.
I have a very happy girl who can not wait to dance in her new shoes! She even spotted a lovely bag to keep her new shoes in safe.
We were made to feel very welcome and will definately be returning.

Great little ballet shop hidden in a Maidstone arcade. There store looks very well stocked. I'm a Dad who knows not much about ballet but the shop assistant was great in choosing what my daughter needed and even helped dressing her just 10 minutes before her class around the corner. Clothes seem to be of good quality and the prices seemed very fair. My daughter was pleased.

We called today hoping to visit and purchase my daughter’s first pointe ballet shoes; the lady on the phone was very welcoming and said she could see us that afternoon.
When we arrived we were made to feel very welcome (including my 2 other daughters, hubby and I). My daughter had nothing short of exceptional one to one personalised fitting for her pointe shoes and left with her purchase and a very big smile!

I have taken my daughter to Baillando for many years. Lovely caring staff and always had good customer service especially when fitting dance shoes.
The above review was written a year ago! Used Baillando Dancewear again recently (May 2020) and the high level customer service still exists. Due to Covid-19 lockdown I have been able to order over the phone and through Facebook messenger and delighted with the prompt turnaround of both our orders. Extremely helpful in difficult times. Visited the store yesterday for my daughters fitting for her first pair of pointe shoes. Fantastic, friendly service and very informative about the fitting. Will definitely be revisiting in the future.

Just bought practice ballroom shoes and talking to Eileen was really useful. Lovely shop with wide range and cater for men's requirements too. Will definitely go back again.
