Very helpful and friendly staff who helped us to find exactly what we needed for school. Much appreciated!

I booked online. Went to my appointment today and it was so busy I couldn't tell anyone
we were there. All areas where full of people so we left.
I have tried to make a complaint but the email address on the website doesn't work. People were queueing out the door, and still arriving. There was no room for distancing and plenty of customers with no masks.
I felt for your staff. There clearly weren't enough of them and little regard for their safety during a pandemic. This was our first visit. We'll stick to Clarks I think.

I made an appointment and was seen on time. My son was fitted for shoes and trainers. The staff are welcoming and very professional. Will definitely go back next time my son needs shoes.

Excellent service. Booked an appointment to get my 3 children school shoes ahead of summer. The woman who served us put them all at ease and found them all shoes that they like and fit them well, with enough room to allow for growth. Would highly recommend.

Jonty provided me with a fantastic service. Being as we have been in shielding since the end of February Jonty came to our home measured my boys feet and came back with a good selection of school shoes. He was very professional and friendly and kept a good distance yet still ensuring my boys shoes were a good fit. Highly recommend.

I'm not from the area, but have visited twice in the last two years and both times have been the same poor customer service. Today, I hadn't made an appointment, but seeing that there was no one in the shop, I thought I'd ask to be let in with my kid. I thought they'd be glad for the business, but the two other staff didn't look up from their phones when we entered. There was almost no choice for running shoes, which they explained was due to Covid. Fair enough, but when I said that I was after running shoes specifically and would have to go elsewhere, the young lady only then offered to get all

Fantastic service from Jonty. Our 18 month old had been walking for over 8 weeks but with lockdown we had no idea how to get her some proper shoes. Jonty came out to our house with all the necessary equipment… and supervised us as we measured her feet, all socially distanced. The following week he came back with the shoes. Amazing service!

Bought school shoes twice from here. Both times the shoe soles started coming off within the next few days, after having given me heel blisters. I may have just been unlucky, but chances are the shoes are manufactured poorly, and are subsequently overpriced.

Best kids' shoe shop for miles. They will measure their feet and advise on fitting shoe styles and brands. Several good quality brands are available and the staff are very qualified and helpful. Customer service if really good and even with returns the staff are very helpful.

Old fashioned, independent, shoe shop. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots of choice. Book for fitting around start of term time.
