Due to the current pandemic situation we are still requesting that ALL patients contact the practice by telephone first. Please do not enter the health centre without a pre-arranged appointment. This will enable us to limit the spread of infection within the practice, ensure the most vulnerable patients are protected and also help keep GPs and staff safe.

If you experience any of the following symptoms you should SELF ISOLATE for 10 days and organise a test. Your household members should also isolate for 10 days or until your test result is confirmed negative, or until they develop symptoms and arrange their own test. If you feel you cannot cope with your symptoms at home or they significantly worsen please call the practice for further advice.
Services
All community pharmacies now provide the 'Pharmacy First' scheme. This means that if your pharmacist thinks you need it, certain medicines can be issued on the NHS without charge. It also saves making an appointment with your GP, simply to get a prescription. If your pharmacist thinks that you need a medicine or product to treat your symptoms, this will be dispensed to you.
This first appointment with you is important and is required for acceptance onto the practice list. Once you have been accepted as a patient, your medical records will be transferred to the practice and you will be sent a new medical card. Your medical records may take several weeks to arrive at the practice.
Please note the following information may currently be inaccurate in light of the current pandemic. Please check our main front page for latest updates. Evening Surgery - 2 Mondays monthly and 2 Tuesdays monthly - suitable for patients with work commitments. Patients may leave a message and their telephone number for the doctor of their choice.
Please do not phone to see if your prescription is ready and please allow 2 working days before collecting your repeat prescription. Please remember that it is your responsibility to ensure that you order your repeat medication on time. Always allow extra time for weekends and public holidays and also in the event of postal and/or technical problems.
The receptionist will inform the duty doctor of your request, or seek immediate advice in an emergency. The doctor may need to speak to you before visiting if more information is required. Otherwise, you will receive a visit as soon as possible. Please note that the duty doctor generally has a short morning surgery to attend to and may have several house calls to make that day.

Absolute joke of a GP. They ask you to call at 8am to get an appointment, only then for you to try over 10 times to get through and not get an appointment as once someone answers the phone you cant get one till the week after. Would give zero stars if I could!!!

Have found this practice to be sadly lacking in any continuity in treatment and a complete nightmare trying to get to see my doctor.
Been under their care now for around 6 year and each time I have to visit I end up leaving in more pain, confused, upset, feeling ignored and even more disillusioned than I was before I went.
