All of our eight rooms are spacious and comfortable and are equipped with flat screen televisions (many with integrated DVD players), alarm clock, hair dryer, luggage rack, tissues, toiletries, refreshment tray, bottled water, professionally laundered linen and free wireless internet access. Ironing and laundry facilities are also available.

Loved my stay here!
Everything is super clean and it feels really fancy to stay here. What a luxury.
Everything is provided that you could wish for, from shampoo and towels to coffee and biscuits in the morning.
Definitely worth the price.

Lovely friendly hospitality and a beautiful guest house. Everywhere was immaculately clean, warm and comfortable. Every want and need thought of, down to the cotton wool and cotton buds. Really lovely find and exactly what I needed for an over night stay.

Really enjoyed our staff at the Mayfair guesthouse. Beautiful room, cleaned to a high standard, with a very comfortable bed. Just a short walk in to the city centre. Parking available on the drive although I also believe these street parking was free also.

Excellent. Very clean and spacious. Mark was really welcoming ans helpful. Loved all the little added touches; bottled water, tea/coffee/hot chocolate, biscuits. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I think that exceptional is the less that someone can say for this amazing guest house!!!!! It has a sense of home, nostalgia and cosiness in the room, as well as in the rest of the property areas. Previous reviews say it all. This guest house was a sanctuary whilst visiting a relative in Southampton General hospital. It was so good to return to each day with easy parking and a quiet street during the night. Rates are comparable with guest houses recommended by the hospital. Highly recommend for a short or long stay. Thanks Andy and Mark.
