Services
We take special pride in our care of residents dealing with dementia, Parkinsons disease and the effects of a stroke. John lived here for four months in a comfortable room, with staff who attended to all his needs while maintaining his dignity and involvement. I cannot thank you enough for making John comfortable and cherished.
Many thanks to all of the staff at Oldbury Grange for the fantastic care and attention given to my dad, Walter. It is very much appreciated. He has settled in really well and loves all of the members of staff. Keep up the good work! Oldbury Grange provides 28 single bedrooms designed for dementia care.

Can’t thank Mike and his staff enough for the care and attention shown to my dad during his stay with them.
Dad was only there a short time, but his time there afforded him dignity and safety. This compassion was extended to all family members. Thank you all for everything

If I could give this no stars I would. I have visited this home as my elderly relative was there. She had various medical issues which were discussed by her social worker with the home. By not calling doctors in when she was delirious for three days and when on another occasion had a chest infection is frankly irresponsible. Only at our insistence was this done but at no time were we given the courtesy of a phone call to update us. Her daily records are a farce as these facts were omitted. When we tried to move her to another home, this home blocked us at every avenue, deciding they had a say on

My mother in law is still at Oldbury and we are very happy to keep her there. According to my experience the home is good and trust worthy. She loves the staff and her room. In my opinion she is getting the best care in a safe environment. The nurses and carers are excellent.

My Grandmother was in this home and that gives me a right to review. The fact that I have not visited that has been pointed out in previous reviews is irrelevant. staff should not be reviewing. People should know the truth about the care or lack of that they should be expecting. These are the facts.
1. On numerous occasions we had to request a doctor when you could clearly see that she was ill. On one occasion she had been delirious for over 3 days and only on our insistence did they call a doctor.
2. She has COPD and they burn plastic rubbish out side her window daily. We asked for that to stop

Very disappointed 😢 with the whole experience in this care home. Our father was sent to the hospital in diabetes coma after 4 days not being fed nor watered. So we had to move our father to a different care home where he is happy and is getting much better care.

I have had to watch and listen from a distance as to what my family have had to go through with this “nursing home”. The stress and anxiety caused by the lack of communication, what we perceive as with holding of proper medical care until a disputed bill was paid, the stench and to top it off the lies from the owner herself. We are shocked to the core at our experience and so thankful that we got our loved one out of there alive.

My relative has been at Oldbury Grange Nursing Home for over two years,we visit everyday and the home is always clean and does not smell of urine and faeces. Storm Smith and Caz Baker has never visited this home(I have checked with management )to put false information. Google should take this off. The medical cover is excellent. No other home has a daily doctor's round as does Oldbury Grange. So things are diagnosed and treated immediately. The nurses are excellent and professional. The carers are well trained and so friendly. The atmosphere is great, daily activities are organised for residents

Friendly, Experienced & Caring staff, always ready to help and to go that little bit extra to make the whole experience of having to use a nursing home that little bit easier, leaving us very comfortable with our decision.
Could not be more grateful for the help and support received from Oldbury Grange.
