Lived here for a year and I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for student accommodation off campus. The building has been recently renovated, which makes it feel brand new. I lived in a standard ensuite and found that while it could be bigger, it was still spacious enough. The kitchen is large, with each flat having a TV, enough cupboards to store your items and two fridges shared among 8 flatmates. The WiFi is super fast as well.
It is also conveniently placed. You won't find any other accomodation that is close to both the uni campus and town center for the price they're offering

I recommend kings to anyone looking for student accommodation. The communal area is probably the best I’ve seen and it has a cleaning service which is great. The rooms are nice and the office is always super helpful and nice to us residents. It’s close walk to the town centre and has multiple bus routes directly to campus, so it’s also convenient.

Great student accommodation which I would recommend to anyone looking for places outside of campus! It has kitchen cleaning thrice a week, a big communal room with a licensed TV, fast WiFi and also a friendly staff who's always there to help. Location is also convenient since it is not too far from town center or campus and also has a bus stop right in front! Would recommend 5/5!

I’ve been living at Kings Road student Accommodation for a term now and have had a great experience! The location is especially excellent with both Reading University and the town centre being a short walk away which is ideal for most of my needs. The staff are both friendly and accommodating and the building itself has all the facilities a student could need. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Really helpful staff, received quick help on every issue I had. They were very flexible and understanding. Had a couple of inspections, and again they were understanding and lenient. I guess the only negative is some of the rooms could do some renovation but it is exactly what they're doing. I think the new staff, led by Joel is going to make this one of the best accommodations in Reading.

THE BEST ACCOMMODATION - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
This is by far the best accommodation I have ever lived in and there are a couple of reasons for that:
1. Out of all the accommodations that I surveyed for my stay, this accommodation had the biggest rooms for affordable and cheap price.
2. The kitchen is big with three refrigerators, one cupboard and one drawer space for individual tenants.
3. The cleaning staff is doing a good job cleaning the kitchen and the hallways everyday.
