These are managed by myself and my wife Deb, and we like to think that we offer a quality traditional service for students attending Staffordshire University in Stoke.
We have been providing Student houses in Stoke-on-Trent for nearly 20 years now, so I hope that inspires confidence that we have some idea of what we are doing! All properties are ideally placed for the Stoke campus of Staffordshire University, with Stoke railway station nearby and very easy access to local shops and the city centre.

Services
On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, lounge/living room, kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, a second bathroom (containing a shower). The property is fully furnished, with each bedroom having it's own key, a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair and shelves, etc.
We would have liked to provide actual copies of the agreements, but due to the complicated and detailed nature of these legal documents we have detailed the nature of the contents, but not the documents themselves. However, we will be pleased to show you a complete document on request. Each "Landlord/Tenant Agreement" is a single Tenancy Agreement covering the whole house, not individual rooms.
