I have been trying to get my deposit back from Towers for months,I’ve emailed their official email so many times with no response.
I have called Head Office almost daily and while they are polite on the phone,nothing actually gets done.They said that they would get back to me via email.They have not.
The Facebook and Instagram handles merely tell me to contact Head Office.

Terrible company. They don't care about the students they house. They just care about profiting from them. The accommodation is not worth the huge fees and the staff are rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. If I could give zero stars, I would. The facilities are poor in the accommodation and they do not fix things when they break or work below par, they just fob off the students and ignore complaints.
