Our tiered wedding cakes mix classic and contemporary style to produce a beautifully decorated centerpiece to cut in front of your guests, followed by mouth watering cake flavours to indulge in. Having taken the wedding world by storm, naked cakes bring a relaxed and rustic feel, as well as offering you the most economically type of wedding cake money can buy. We love to finish our designs with a refined hand piped buttercream, or a smooth layer of butter cream to our semi-naked cakes, with clean and crisp lines to provide the professional touch.
In the words of award winning wedding planner Katrina Otter, these are 'a croquembouche masterpiece with a twist'. We believe our chocolate dipped profiterole towers are a tastier and prettier alternative to the traditional caramel croquembouche. Perfect choux pastry, dipped in chocolate and decorated with all manner of fabulous additions from gold leaf and piped chocolate to shimmery textures and crunchy nuts.
We love cake but we also know that sometimes, a savoury option is just what's needed. Our cheese towers are decorated with all the little extras that you need to make a real centrepiece. Grapes, biscuits and even our handmade climbing sugar mice all combine to make the perfect cheese wedding cake that's as luxurious as any of our sweeter alternatives.

Choosing the right cake for your wedding is quite a daunting task but I am pleased to say my husband and I chose Katie from Couture Cakes for our special day. We were very impressed with Katie when we met her for the first time last year and the cake tasting appointment we had with her was so helpful when choosing flavours. She helped us fine-tune our dream cake and was so patient. The cake she made for our wedding last month was beautiful and the compliments we received from our wedding guests are too many to note. We were so thrilled with our wedding cake made by Couture Cakes...it was just how we imagined it would be, everything we could have asked for in a wedding cake and perfect in every way. The level of detail that had gone in to decorating the cake was remarkable, so much detail, and it looked beautiful. The sponge was simply delicious, so light and moist. Katie has made a few cakes for our family from baby shower and christening cakes to our wedding cake. Not only are they the most amazing looking cakes you have seen but they taste even better.
