We bake from our specially designed kitchens in Easton on the Hill. You can also see examples of our work in the window of our sister company The Fine Food Store in Stamford. Services
Lynne Fitzpatrick, the owner and baker, is self taught. Her passion began as her three daughters were growing up. Each insisting on more ellaborate birthday cakes every year. When the girls flew the nest, Lynne graduated from university as a mature student and was called in to bake for The Fine Food Store in Stamford as a favour to her daughter, Jenny.
I cannot enthuse enough about the whole process of ordering and receiving a cake from Lynne. From the start you can be sure that she really knows her stuff, has every gadget necessary to make the impossible possible and has the piping and decorating skills of a master craftsman. And of course, the pricing was spot on too - we never felt pressured to up our budget as Lynne could always come up with a great idea for the money we had.
