It is becoming increasingly the case that, after completion, local planning departments are placing the responsibility for public open space and amenity area management on the housing/estate developer. Very substandard property maintenance company. You are charged up front for the year (which is fine if they actually do the job they are supposed to do). They don't turn up for the number of visits they are supposed to; when they do its rushed and untidily finished and then they don't come again for another 4/5 weeks (not ideal in the summer months!!). It's very sad that people can get away with providing a "service" like this. Something has to change with regard to service charges hopefully sooner rather than later!!!!

Joke of company. Robbing residents of £240 a year to poorly maintain the estate. When I say maintain I mean cut grass and maintain the few bushes they haven’t strimmed down on previous visits or simply left to die. Customer service from management is appalling, demanding payments for services we haven’t received and threats of ‘admin’ fees if you don’t want to pay for services you haven’t received. Additional charges at the end of a year because they haven’t managed their budget.

One of the worst company's I've ever dealt with. If I could give zero stars I would. The work they carry out isn't very good when they do attend and they are very over priced in my opinion. I have emails questioning the costs they charge and don't seem to get any real response. I have used management company's in the past and never had a problem until now, I would not recommend using this company.

Again blue property management company have delivered another poor job, a company that over charge and and have the cheek to request arrears payment from back in 2019/20 we are in July/August 2021, also charge for 2020 and say they delivered a full service whilst under covid restrictions. I have just returned from a few days away to find grass cuttings dumped under the bushes at the side of my property, we have told them not to do this on several occasion's as surely my management fee pays for this to be taken away. When they do forget about this piece of land i have cut this myself and put the

I have worked with Blue Property and have always found their staff helpful and polite. They keep leaseholders updated promptly and go out of their way to assist. Any repairs are dealt with swiftly and keep the leaseholders financial interest at heart.

Our service charge demands are out of control. As others have written in their reviews, we get charged for anything and everything by Blue Property. For instance the conduct three different safety checks per annum, using an affiliated company called Blue Risks, and the reports are carbon copies year on year suggesting that only the most cursory of inspections is performed. Also, these checks are highly duplicative and could easily be combined into one and spaced out in time. If Blue Property staff spent less time sending their clients rude emails and service charge demands and more time attending

Extremely poor company we are paying for a service we are not currently getting not to mention we are charged extra each year as they have over budgeted, (not sure where they have over budgeted as we see them roughly 10x per year not 21 as they say, still awaiting info on days they claim to have visited but still not received this, if anything we should be getting money back) ... This is a new estate that constantly looks scruffy the amount of comments we get on how badly this is kept is unbelievable. The works carried out on simple things like cutting the grass

Pay for Maintenance bill goes up every year threats of fines if bills queried and the actual service isn't carried out, fob offs, generic emails and ignored. Company is a joke nothing but issues. Our once beautiful estate before these took over is now a complete state ! Clearly they pocket the money and send them out to do a half hearted joke of a job once in a while. A few select pictures from over hundreds I have. SHAM !!
