I am a landlord with a few properties that TMS have been managing for me for several years now. We currently rent out three properties through TMS. Ever since we first engaged their services they have been extremely responsive, and excellent at dealing with any issue, whether it is coming from us or the tenants. For each property they managed to find brilliant tenants who always seem motivated to look after the property. The 6% rate is less than most agents, so on all fronts I don't think their services and value could be bettered. We will definitely be using them again.
