Throughout your tenancy you are bound to come across a few maintenance issues. Whilst some of them are likely to require the attention of a trained engineer, for the smaller everyday issues why not refer to our below guides to help you manage some of the issues yourself.

We've rented a one bedroom flat for the past year and will continue to do so for the coming year. Nice, warm, very central and more or less well cared for. They do inspect and carry out any maintenance. No complaints. The staff were very helpful when, due to the plague and University shutdown, we decided to give up the flat. They found a replacement very soon, before the end of the month, refunded the excess rent payed and refunded the deposit promptly. Thank you very much! Recommended!

This is the first year accommodation that is far walk to school.I lived here just half year,Then i moved left my two friends,Cause i really can't bear the distance.After i leave something happened to my friends.This is a bad agent.I rent their apartment in 27 Knighton road.In this place some furniture have problems, you need check it careful if you do not check it carefully they would charge you a lot of money which is over the value of the old bed or chair.When you move out notice your deposit. If you are a student of university of Leicester strongly do not commend this agent.

Great service, staff are helpful very responsive to emails and calls. Any issues I've had with maintenance they come out very quickly. Studio is great and spacious. This is my second year living at this studio and I will be staying here next year also. The communal areas are cleaned regularly and I've had a great experience so far !

Very professional service from the staff from start to finish. Good sized studio flats with all amenities included and all in good working order. Prompt response to the maintenance request. Nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly management and team. Would highly recommend for students and working professionals.

I rented a studio apartment from Leicester Student Lettings for two and a half years as a working professional. This was my first time renting and they made it very easy for me and provided one of the nicest and most modern studios available for people that are not students. They were always on hand for any emergencies and repairs were always fixed within 24 hours, if possible. The team were always very professional, messages were sent in advance of any work being done and would always ask permission before entering the studio. I was actually quite sad to leave but when I did, my deposit was returned

Used these estate agents during my placement year at university and after I got my graduate job, they have been excellent. I broke my key a few months ago so I was trapped outside the house, they sent someone around in 30 minutes and didn't even charge me for it. Very quick to respond to any issues that arise and always go the extra mile in making sure I have everything I need which is lovely. Would highly recommend and use again! :)
