Jim has been involved in Property Management since 1983 and heads up the firm. He deals with all aspects of Commercial and Residential Block Management. Jim is also responsible for the firms IT systems which incorporate the latest in property management software. Jane has worked in Property Management since 1988 and assists with managing Residential Properties Let on AST's within our clients Commercial Portfolios.
Jane is an expert on legislation relating to Residential Tenancies and uses this to ensure our clients are always well informed of the changes, thus allowing our clients to maximise their returns by minimising risk. Magda has worked for Yates since 2013 and has an excellent rapport with the landlords and tenants.

Services
The Consumer Rights Act has made it a legal requirement for all Estate Agents in England to display details of all fees and charges (to both landlords and tenants) on websites and in offices. This is a fixed cost fee that can cover a variety of works depending on the individual circumstances of each tenancy, including but not limited to conducting viewings, negotiating the tenancy, verifying references and drawing up contracts.

BE AWARE!
We rented for 18 months and looked after the property, no problems, always paid promptly. All of a sudden we receive a 'no fault' eviction notice, reason, because the landlord wanted to move in an ill relative. I was deployed over seas during this which meant I had 2 weeks to move out upon my return. Within a month of getting out the property it had been put up for Let again for a higher price. Thank you Yates for your help and supporting a serviceman of this country, (sarcasm meant).
Think twice before choosing Yates!

I work within the lettings industry throughout the whole of Northamptonshire. I can honestly say that the team at Yates are Superb. Professional, Caring, and Diligent, both for the Tenants and the Landlords. If I were to need to rent a property or had a house to rent as a Landlord ...Yates would be my first and Only choice. If there was an option for 10 Stars ..That's what I would give.
