Kingston Real Estate was Founded in 2012 to acquire previously developed land (Brownfield sites) primarily for residential development and work specifically with local professionals such as architects, surveyors, planners and Local Authorities to gain a residential consent for New Homes development.
Born, educated, lives locally in Northampton and has established herself with 16 years Property Management Experience. She joined Ashby Lowery in 2001 in Residential Lettings and enjoyed 12 successful years before being rewarded with the responsibility for Residential Block Management where Karen had a profound influence in growing the Block Management business, helped by her commitment and desire to please her clients.

I was really impressed using this agent. I was sceptical as I thought they were a new agent but it seems they know their stuff and have been around for a few years. I had a problem when I first moved into my flat and the company that were looking after the block were not in Northampton and didn’t seem to want to help. But Karen at Kingston was really helpful and it all got resolved. I would definitely recommend Kingston as a letting agent.
