TIME2DRIVE has been established on the Wirral for over 17 years. The owner, Richard Gillmore has been a driver trainer for over 19 years and after starting work with BSM & AA he set up his own company finding that many of his clients were coming through recommendations. Richard has also expanded into the fleet sector, training and developing company car & van drivers, including work for national companies.
When comparing driving schools, please remember that the prices shown are for full hour or two hour lessons, A 1.5hour lesson is also available. Other driving schools may quote a lower price "per lesson" which may only be 50 minutes and then expect you to book double lessons. TIME2DRIVE uses new, fully equipped dual controlled MINI Cooper.

Richard was a brilliant driving instructor, he was always really reliable and professional. He was very patient and didn’t just teach me how to drive confidently but also how to rectify any mistakes I made during our lessons for me to be an aware and safe driver. I would recommend Richard as a great instructor, his car was always spotless and in great quality and after the lockdown kept the interior clean using anti bacterial wipes and hand gel between every lesson.
