The Coulson family - owners of the BATRIBIKE brand since 2007 - are now entering the next phase of the Company's development. You can see the team members below and read about our journey over the last 10 years. Steve and Jackie Coulson started by selling other e-bike brands. It soon became apparent that there was a shortfall in Customer Care and spares availability from these brands.
Most of the components used on our bikes are industry standard parts so the majority of after market accessories should fit. These will be available through your local dealer or bicycle shop. Items such as extra lights, panniers and luggage, bike locks, helmets & clothing etc., are available in many different designs and styles thereby catering for most tastes.
The Mini LCD system has four selectable assistance levels. Display shows Assistance Level, Battery Charge Level, Speed, Trip Distance and other cycle computer functions. The Centre LCD system has five selectable assistance levels. The controls are on a separate unit which attaches to the left handlebar as per the Mini LCD.
There are three levels of battery warranty applicable to the BATRIBIKE European range as detailed below. Full warranty terms and conditions can be seen in your user manual. If you register your BATRIBIKE's battery warranty within 8 days of purchase, then your Battery Warranty period lasts for 2 Years from Date of Purchase.
We recommend that customers who are considering purchasing a second battery with their new electric bike try using one battery initially. Only purchase a second battery if it is needed. The reason behind this is that batteries like to be used. If you purchase a second battery and then find you don't need it and leave it stored the battery will deteriorate.

Contacted Steve at Batribike with a fault on my Granite Pro and returned it to them 2 weeks before warranty expires. They found the fault and replaced the rear wheel and motor all within 30 minutes thanks to the young lady tech who I believe was called Debbie. Excellent service and would recommend highly. 😊👍
