There is an up-front deposit of 50 at the start of the hire and a 50 service charge at the end of the hire. These costs will be offset against each other at the end of the contract. Bought the water rower over a year ago. Flawless delivery, customer service, and water rower is fantastic. Follow up emails and videos. on how to use it properly etc were very helpful. Forgot to keep water clean with the tablets and it got murky.. Dropped them an email and received hand written details through the post with more tablets on how to clean it out.
