Opened in 2004, Cachet Kids is a real shop on the high street in Ashford, Surrey, England, UK (we are near the Heathrow Airport). We are a real shop where you can come in anytime to view the products we sell and talk to us in person. We are run by two oldies and helpers who are quite relaxed about everything and will happily talk to you for hours if you have the time.

You are welcomed to come in to browse and talk to our staff. We have 2 hours free parking outside the shop and appointment is not necessary except for trying on communion dresses on a Saturday between April and June.

However, due to seasonal products change and limited space in the shop, not all items in the website are in the shop so please telephone us if you wish to view a particular item and we will do our best to bring that item from our warehouse to the shop for you.Please note that Class Designs, 64 Uxbridge Rd, Hanwell, London W7 3SU is now closed.

Very good services. Nice and friendly owner. I have been buying from Cachet Kids for over 10 years for all my granddaughters. Never had any problem. Mind you I never had the cheek to return anything after my granddaughters have worn them or grown out of them, unlike other cheeky reviewers!!!

Bought an outfit for a Child's birthday present for £43.00 8/9 weeks ago (20/9 approx.), also purchased a christening outfit at the time for £128.00. The dress on the skirt does not fit like the top does its almost a dress size smaller. Only found out 4 weeks ago that the present (dress) i had bought did not fit, took it back just to get an exchange not a refund. Shop owner was rude to my aunty and then rude on the phone. So much for loyal customer service after spending a reasonable amount, would not buy here due to the terrible service and rude manners of the owners.

Excellent service. The wrong size romper was sent out initially and I was in a blind panic being last minute ordering it for my Son's christening. Cachet Kids were fantastic & sent out the correct size with a 24 hr tracked service through Royal Mail. I would highly recommend Cachet Kids. Thank you for saving the day!!

I would warn against ever buying a present here or anything you might need to take back. I received a present for my baby and was refused to exchange it even though it was in the box, label inside (although not attached). The assistant claimed it must have been worn and washed although it was clearly in pristine condition (never even been put on, just held up against my child and put back in the box).
When I took the item to the children's charity shop just down the road they were unsurprised as this shop has a reputation for refusing returns.

I received the shoes for my nephew's baptism today! They are so cute, and are just as pictured. Service and delivery were excellent. I live in the U.S. and paid a little bit extra for a faster delivery (7-days). I'll definitely recommend the site to friends and family!
