Intolerant customer service! I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter and received them by post on Thursday. Shoes were a bit tight to her, so I took them immediately to the store to exchange them the next morning. The lady who served me (attched photo for customer assistant detail- Becton store) did not even show any interest in greeting us. She directly opened the pack and told me the shoes looked used, and she cannot take it back.

Excellent service & the sales person Nazibur put up a fantastic show. He was extremely respectful, engaging and very keen to sell shoes. There has to be a reason why Clarks is still going after all these years. And, of course, there is a very good one. They sell shoes of a superb quality.
Admittedly you're maybe not going to find all the most up to date fashions in a Clarks shop, but you will find simple, comfortable, classic styles which are likely to last you a lifetime. If you need shoes sensible shoes, then this will always be the place to go.
Most people who were school children in Britain during the last 50 years will remember being dragged along by the hand to have their feet measured and fitted careful to new school

Anyone else remember getting school shoes from Clarks that had little keys in the bottom?! From that moment on Clarks was going t be special to me. Ok so they don't have the most fashionable shoes but they have great service and really comfy work shoes.
This shoe is a bit more modern than some of their other shops I have been to, with all their most fashion forward examples on display and lots of other choice. I bought some pumps here recently and they never will be the cheapest, but I know I can rely on their quality and comfort.
