We firmly believe that having the freshest cuts of meat shouldn't necessarily mean having to pay over the top prices! Our prices are ultra competitive and reflect the prices of the cost of wholesale meat at the time of buying. As meat prices fluctuate due to seasonal prices, inflation, etc, we try and keep our prices ultra competitive always.
Lincolnshire has a proud tradition of producing some of the Country's best produce and we are also proud to offer a wide range of fresh, locally sourced Lincolnshire produce. All of our products are made with 'real' Lincolnshire meats offering superb flavour with every bite. Take a look at our Lincolnshire products below.
We use only the best quality cuts of beef, always locally sourced from local farms to give you exceptional quality and taste in every bite. Our prime beef cuts are always freshly prepared to your requirements by our Master Butcher and we supply any cut that you require. We've provided you with a 'beef cuts' chart below to help you learn where the cuts come from.
We now supply a wide range of locally produced Venison from Revesby Estates from our shop. With a choice of cuts in various sizes as well as our 'Venison Box' and also half a deer for just 65.00, this is a great healthy alternative. Because Venison is not marbled in the same way as beef and lamb. With less than 2% fat (that's less than skinless chicken), no salt and no sugar, Venison shows green all the way on the 'Traffic Lights' scheme.
Our range of poultry products include wholegrain fed chickens and turkeys, all of which are sourced from local farms where they are free to roam in the fields. They are freshly prepared on our premises to ensure that not only do they taste great, but they are guaranteed to be of the highest quality.
