VERY SCARY EXPERIENCE.
I am a woman who traveled in daytime with my baby. I advised the driver not to turn I to a side road and he responded 'ssshhh you slag' I am driving' I called the office explaining he was scaring me and they were not bothered. He then got out the car and stepped into my face - I put my baby down and a passer by stopped him from physically assaulting me. The office refused to give me the driver number and the telephone recording of me distressed
I have reported it to the police but this was truly a terrifying experience and I would not want a female to have the same or worse

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality
I was told upfront cash. 5 minutes later upfront bank payment. Upfront payment for a Very poor service. Cab was booked for 20 min wait. I waited 1hr 5 minutes !! Each time I rang they kept telling me 20 mins ! I will not be using this service again. 1st and last time.

Left waiting 50 mins in pouring rain! Driver was was warned to be aware of heavy traffic when he dropped us off. £140 for the round trip to Ascot Races.
Customer Service atrocious! Called the next day to complain, + was told I would be rung back. Took 2 further calls to eventually get through to a manager, (no call back!) who refused to discount the trip. So no rebate, (although customers are charged for keeping them waiting!)

This company used to be very good with reliable, friendly drivers who were kind and courteous to customers. Now some of them are rude, smelly and unhelpful. If you are disabled do not expect any help with your bags. The driver just sits in the car without any care or concern. No wonder the customers are deserting them for Uber and other companies.

Travelled yesterday with their driver Ghulam, absolutely terrible ill mannered driver. first time someone asked us at the Heathrow parking barrier to actually get out of the car and pay for the parking ourselves this is dispite their call centre telling us that the driver will pay and we pay him. stay away from atlas cars !!!! absolutely ridiculous service.

Arrived late when the app said he arrived. Got in and asked us to look on our google maps to see where to go. Considering this route was booked then he should have known it! From start to finish he was cutting people up, driving down cycle lanes to cut into traffic, in wrong lanes and nearly causing others plus himself to crash putting me and my gf… in danger. This was the worse driving I have ever witnessed and feared for me life. His eyes where off the road and looking down at his mobile to see the map.....we have his details/reg etc and you will be receiving a email tomorrow outlining

Just been aggressively beeped at for doing the speed limit by an impatient atlas driver, also pointing at me to go in a different lane when im 100% in the correct lane and he wasnt! When i called and complained before i could even say what he did the guy on phone was like if you havent got reg what you bothering for pretty much, prob get loads of complaints. Am buying a dash cam now so nxt time will have it and put him on youtube! Unsafe taxi drivers, also had baby n board sign so he dosent have any care for that:( wont use them ever if i neee a taxi!

Used them last week and for 2 picks up, 3 pieces of luggage to Gatwick in a MPV it was £53. We were late for the 2nd pick up. The price was increased to £65. Which is fair enough. This week the price for the same journey is £83. We cancelled the last drop off and it was reduced to £76. Cause payment was made over the phone they charged 10% for card use and the price went up to £83.30. 😡😡😡😡
Stay clear of this company, they are REPROBATES and unprofessional I'm sticking to Uber & Addison Lee from now on

Here's a funny story! My Atlas cab driver swerved while driving and told us he was falling asleep. When I asked him if he was OK he started freaking out and became really aggressive. He then began having spasms, shaking his head violently every few seconds.
I had him stop about 10 minutes from my flat so I could get out and walk. Worst experience with a cab company i've ever had.

user of this company, however, several months ago, I had a very bad experience
with them. I contacted them to let them know what happened but have had no real
resolution. Someone left me a message to contact the office regarding the situation
and I did return the call, however no one ever called me back. A
couple of months ago, I'd organised a taxi for a pick up in hackney. I was told
the wait was approximately 30 mins which I agreed to. After waiting for over 30
mins I'd decided to go with my friend in her taxi before going home to my
