Services
Most popular and most economic, the comfortable saloon cars can carry up to four passengers and their luggage. The estate cars can comfortably carry up to 4 passengers and offer a generous space for luggage making them a very good choice for passenger with large amount of luggage or bulky items. The MPV can carry up to 6 passengers and a generous amount of luggage.

Airport pickup. Unlike most other taxi companies they didn’t send a driver into the arrivals hall with a sign board. Consequently we wasted 1hr trying to contact the office and then the driver to find out where they were.
It seems they tried to avoid paying for the car parking by waiting outside until contacted and then coming in. This system could work if it had been communicated to us in advance but it wasn’t. Why not just accept that airport pickup jobs will incur car park charges for the driver and be in the arrival hall like all the other firms?

This is one of the worst taxi companies I have ever used with absolutely no time for their clients and completely unwilling to admit their mistakes. Having sent us a car that was too small, in spite of checking 3 times the number of people and luggage, they told us it was our fault and proceeded to charge us almost double what any other company would charge. Their office workers are rude and drivers often also. Save yourself a really terrible journey and book with literally any other company in London.

Nightmare!!!!! Booked the evening before via hotel concierge. Showed up 7 minutes late. The driver tells me I need to pay 5 pounds more than quote the night before. Then driver asks us to pay for his return to his country. Proceed to ask about paying via card and the guy becomes loud and rude, telling me I have to stop at cash machine. I ask for office number so I can call in payment, refuses to tell me. Stops at office so we can pay via card. What a nightmare. Don’t use this company unless you are looking for aggravation and potential scam charges.

Office people very polite on the phone but the car never showed up after one hour wait. the guy calls me and tells me he cannot find the place (which is a hotel) and keeps me 10 minutes on the phone telling me that the traffic light is red and the traffic is bad and the wind is blowing srong and bla bla bla bla.........Really!

The driver is very rude and very impatient. they sent a wrong size vehicle that i required and they charge £5 more than the price show on the website, and the second time still wrong size! The driver could not speak proper proper English and was shouting to me on the phone as I don't recognise their wrong size car. This is the worst taxi company I've ever seen.

I've been a long-term regular customer at this cab company and i have not seen or experienced any negative attitudes from any of the drivers. They are a very prompt, respectable and efficient in doing their job even if you've given them last minute details about attendees who may be babies or disabled. You cannot expect any taxi from any company to be where you want them in seconds... its ridiculous having such expectations. Especially since this is Central London and those who live here should be a lot more considerate than any other customer, since you know what traffic is like. I would and have
