A bit weird how so many good reviews happened 5 months ago...probably they've put the employees to write those, hoping to fool more people about their "services".
The true reviews are the ones with ONE star.
If you call them, well, good luck to actually speak with someone, you can wait hours and nobody will pick up. If you go there, no one will welcome you once inside, or even bother to ask you about your visit. In conclusion, if you want to be treated like rubbish and waste a full afternoon while witnessing incompetence and lack of customer service, visit Ottocar.

It's a nightmare trying to communicate with this company. I have an account manager who I can't ever get through to. Calls are often cleared after ten minutes of being on hold. I had two vehicles that had defects, the first one only got changed after I had a accident, I had been requesting a change of vehicle for weeks before, and was told the didn't have any vehicle's even though I could see thay had many similar vehicles at two of their hubs.
The second car, the door handle fell off, no fault of my own and no excess force, just a passenger trying to enter the car. Emails were sent but still
