5 stars, i went there to have an eye test due to have itchiness. Sabreen was attending me, doing multiple tests, making sure that i comprehend exactly what has happening to my eye, gave me a prescription to sort out my problem and told me lots of advices in how to prevent it in the future. She is a 10/10, would defenetly come back once a year here to have an eye test.

Got my eye test done here which was really great! Staff is very nice and attentive and took their time when advising me on the frame shape. Can only recommend!

They have made me a pair of Zeiss lenses for a special limited edition spectacles I have bought in Italy. All friendly, honest and transparent amazing people. Wouldn't have given such fragile spectacles to anyone else. Can't recommend them enough. Grazie ragazzi!

I have been going to Kite for the last 6 years for my frames and eye tests and have never been let down. The team in each store I’ve been in, have been so kind and so patient and really gave me the time to choose the frames that suited me most. The manager at the shoreditch branch, Shagufta, really makes you feel like you are an individual and treats you like a special customer every time: I look forward to new frames every time thanks to them and the environment they create. And the frames are well made and simply awesome! Highly recommend :)

Really thorough eye test with a very knowledgeable optician. Great customer service , I really felt listened to and feel like I got personalised advice on what lenses I need. Love love love their selection of frames. Highly recommend.

The staff is lovely and they have a huge variety of frames. The shop attendant a couple of years ago helped my find such a good fit for my face and style that I just go back to get new lenses put in the same frame.

Very professional optometrist provided an excellent service on my recent eye test, hugely recommend ! There is also an awesome selection of glasses to try out also !

These people are great. I brought in frames from another place to have a prescription lens put in. I said I am flying out next Tuesday. (It was Wednesday the week before.) They said, well our courier just left let’s call to see where he is at, maybe he can come back to add your order to the delivery. The courier was already on the train so that was out. They called in the order to make sure the lenses were there and ready. Another person in the shop delivered my frames the next morning in person to the lens fitting place, got them back and they were finished the next day. The next day! They said

The Frames are awesome but support over their email or Facebook messages is not existent, nobody replies to anything. its over a week now ive been trying to get in touch with them since I am out of country very, very disappointing.

What's not to like.. highly professional, great atmosphere and products.. even for an old man like me was made to feel completely at home and cared for without the need to grow a beard given the Shoreditch location.
Would highly recommend them to anyone

What a poorly designed shop!! All fur coat and no k..... The mirrors are no where near the glasses and you have to walk across the shop to see each pair!!! Asked for my email address and details 4 different times- apparently use 2 databases- I think they use 4!!! Staff polite enough although clear tensions between sales staff and optometrist!!!

Best pair of sunglasses I've ever purchased....and that comes from someone who used to sell "luxury brand" sunglasses for a living...
One word, they're perfect.

The new store looks amazing - as well as having the most hi tech equipment for optical examination to boot. A lovely relaxed environment, with friendly, relaxed chatty and most of all informed and knowledgeable staff. For a first time eye exam/glasses wearer, I couldnt ask for more!! Highly recommended all round!
