Head of the Commercial team John is responsible for all aspects of sales, acquisitions and letting of commercial property covering the needs of clients throughout Devon and Cornwall and their requirements within the industrial, office and retail sectors, as well as providing investment and development advice.
John started practicing in 1985 when he joined Stratton & Holborow, later moving to Chesterton and English Partnerships before starting with Monk and Partners in 1996 as Director. His clients range from local to international including and public and private sectors.

I used Monk and Partners for 2 property surveys as the first purchase fell through. I was incredibly impressed with their service, communication and courteous staff for both surveys (hence the fact I returned). They were so fast at surveying both properties and getting the detailed report back to me within days (especially so during the busy period of post-lockdown). I felt their survey allowed us to make the right decisions on how to move forward. I would highly recommend them!
