My appointment was @ 9:30. I waited in reception while a gentleman who did not introduce himself told me to fill out a form. I was booked in for microsuction. The man was telling me that the computers were down and spent some time trying to get this sorted all the while saying sorry for the inconvenience. The man looked in my Ears told me I didn't have wax in them and for this I was charged £35 ! I should of gone to the Doctors for Free !! I would not of minded but I was not told that there would be consultation Fee previous and this was an inconvenience to me as I had traveled 15 miles for Nothing

The micro-suction treatment given by David was absolutely first rate: the outcome was little short of miraculous (from deaf in one ear to better than ever hearing), the explanation at the start of the procedure was clear, informative and made me feel in very safe hands, the procedure itself was painless and David’s tips for avoiding further problems were much appreciated.
Thank you so much- it is not often that one comes across such great and effective service so close to home and at such reasonable cost.
