Because we love the football, we're also offering you a free house tapa* when you purchase 3 pints, a bottle of wine or cava, or a jug of Sangria!. Enjoy the most exciting matches with delicious tapas and drinks in our private dining rooms and downstairs area!. This events are expected to be busy, booking a table with us in advance is advised, due to limited space availability.
At Tapeo & Wine we have two large private dining rooms, ideal for a corporate events, workshops or a private parties. These cozy rooms host up to 14 people each. Tbh my mother in law is obsessed with Juan Mata so she naturally wanted to come here for her birthday We came in for lunch today and everything was absolutely LOVELY. The atmosphere was so cool and calm, the staff so sweet, the food had such a reasonable price, and the food was amazing. What more can you want?! Highly recommend the manzanita drink, Buñuelos de bacalao con piparras y piel crujiente, and pan con tomate. The staff also surprised our mum with the cutest little strawberry ice cream with a crunchy toffee base that had a candle on top! Honestly just go eat here LOL

Absolutely love Tapeo and Wine. Been a few times with my husband and we always enjoy the food as well as the drinks. Most recently I visited with friends for a wine tasting and pinchos event. It was brilliant. The food pairings worked amazingly well with the wine. The wine was gorgeous and the service was, as ever, on point.

Very friendly staff. There is a special place for customers to hang coats which is really considerate. I like the service much. Food is nice especially the roasted pork ribs (mains), paella (the one with rabbit and chicken) is really well flavored, for the meat it would be better to make it more juicy. Overall, it’s a really nice place to go, do remember to book a table in advance.

Good, solid tapas restaurant with lovely ingredients and wine choices. The food is tasty, cured meats are full of flavour and the croquettes are perfect. Potatoes could be improved and the truffle special topping was an inflated offering. Atmosphere is perfect for a date though the fittings feels a bit tired

As others have said, a mixed bag, though for me the positives far outweighed the negatives.
The restaurant is really beautiful with a tiled bar, they've done really well creating a nice relaxing space.
The suggestion from the waitress was to order three dishes per person so this is what we did and it was pretty spot on. I've been to other tapas/small plates places where the recommended number of dishes would in no way be enough but I felt very satisfied after this meal.
Highlights for me were:
- Octopus salad (very thinly sliced and served with lettuce, hard boiled egg and a delicious

Six of us came here to eat all the tapas as we love sharing masses of dishes from a menu.
The restaurant (which took over the unit ModelZone used to have on Deansgate) certainly has a handsome interior; a nice balance between simple and sophisticated décor, with some gorgeous mosaic tiles adorning the bar and walls. To me, it had the look and feel of a contemporary eatery in Spain.
We were seated close to the specials board, so decided to order a couple of those dishes as well as what seemed like the majority of the standard menu (they recommend three per person and that proved to be spot on
