After working in the motor repair industry for over 30 years, Russ Thorn established the business in 2015 as Invicta Body Repairs. After its initial success the range of services were extended to offer full accident claims management. Smart Repairs Report

Invicta Body Repairs provides a SMART repair service for minor damage of vehicles, bumper scuffs, alloy wheels and minor paint repairs, which are carried out in our workshop. SMART repairs (Small to Medium Area Repair Techniques) are a cost effective and alternative solution to eradicating minor blemishes.

Flat & Polish Report

Driving too close to a hedge, or incorrect washing of a vehicles' paintwork can leave scratches which are not easily removed with products available to the public. A simple flat and polish is a great way to get your car looking show-room perfect again in no time at all. Usually, scratches will only be in the top layer of paint, known as the lacquer and should be able to be removed using the correct scratch removal processes.

My car was picked up around about 5 days after accident. Not an issue.
I received a courtesy car via an accident management company.
My vehicle had bits mark on it i had pointed out to them.
I was told due to covid and brexit it was going to be a number of weeks before the car was fixed. Not an issue.
I was then told the car would not be fixed until the money had been paid out by 3rd party... that was paid 25th November.
I was then told there was still an issue getting
