A minimum of 3 years vehicle repair experience. To have all prepping skills, and be confident in your ability to accurately and efficiently prep a vehicle prior to painting. Ability to smart repair and/or polish the repaired vehicle and/or panels to a high standard would be advantageous but not essential.

Absolutely brilliant! Coachwork Renovations hugely impressed me. It’s always stressful having to have a car in the bodyshop for repair, yet they made it a stress free experience from the time they arranged to collect the vehicle to the time it was delivered back good as new! Their communication was first rate, specifically Theresa and Ben (but everyone involved was really helpful and a pleasure to communicate with). Ben specifically went out of his way to sort some additional things which really helped. Most drivers don’t want to ever have to use a bodyshop for repairs but If you need to, look

Admittedly we didn't get off to a great start when there was no courtesy car available on the day that my car was booked in, which meant I booked the day off work and waited around for nothing. The most frustrating thing being a lack of customer service skills in dealing with this - barely an apology and no alternatives suggested aside from "hopefully we'll have one for you tomorrow". I told them to re-book me when they could guarantee I wouldn't be taking the day off work for no reason, which they did.

Used for an insurance claim. The entire process from start to finish was communicated with regular updates of the progress. The repairs were completed two days earlier than originally stated. The damaged area was back to how it was before the accident and the car was returned clean after the repairs. Happy with the entire process which was handled in a professional manner.

My car was taken here to be repaired through my insurance company,the service was brilliant,car returned nice and clean and shiny. Unfortunately my key fob was broken upon return but I rang and spoke to Alan who apologised and ordered me a new one so I took my car back to them to calibrate the key. The receptionist Becky was amazing so friendly helpful and bubbly nothing was too much trouble.I ended up with a courtesy car as there was a technical difficulty with my key! But it was sorted in a day so all in all a great service. Thank you

My daughter was involved in a car crash and coach work renovations were the allocated repair shop given by the insurance company, I went with her and we were met by Rebecca who was very polite, professional, sympathetic and made my daughter feel at ease. She explained all that was going to happen and then handed over the keys to the courtesy car (which was a new clean car). The following day I received a call from Ben who explained that the car was close to be written off however he would endeavour to repair within the budget. The car was repaired very well and returned to us in a timely fashion

I am personally very sceptical of reviews online as they can often look fake, apart from the negative ones if enough people complain about the same thing. Unfortunately, this garage has a fair few negative reviews of stuff being stolen from inside cars and you being stuck as you signed to say you took out all the stuff you wanted to keep. After reading these I took out EVERYTHING including my spare wheel but somehow forgot my phone holder and local parking permit, neither of which were taken!

These guys were provided to me by my insurance company to repair my vehicle. From the first phone call they were supportive and very proactive in helping arrange and repair my vehicle. Not only did they fix it perfectly, the picked up my car, repaired, cleaned and returned it within 14 days in between Xmas and new year (a very busy time!) Admin staff were excellent and helpful, and operational staff were also so helpful and caring. I would highly recommend this company if you need repairs to your vehicle.
