Has everything you need other than helpful staff, seemed like he couldn't be bothered with me, granted I was only after a cheap item but was really unhelpful, didn't even offer advice or possible solutions. His loss because I couldn't get part needed I will be buying new filter £250 from somewhere who can be bothered, as well as all the tropical stuff and my vivarium stuff I would have bought there.

They're really easy to get hold of by phone, extremely helpful and the goods are delivered really quickly. They were competitive and offered a voucher code to get a little money off. They were happy to accept a return (of a tap we didn't need) without any fuss. I've placed 3 orders now. I only wish I'd opted in to the loyalty card on the first purchase. Can highly recommend.
