We have extensive property valuation experience and work with a portfolio of clients that includes freeholders, leaseholders, individuals, small businesses, property management companies, and corporations. Whatever the size of your portfolio, we can complete an accurate and reliable property valuation.
A reinstatement cost assessment (RCA) evaluates the rebuilding cost of a building should it be destroyed, which is then used to determine the insurance value for the property. We work with property owners to undertake regular reinstatement cost assessments and can revalue a single property or an entire portfolio.
We specialise in assisting freeholders and managing agents to navigate lease extensions and enfranchisement requests. When the long lease of a flat is purchased by an individual, it is effectively rented from the freeholder. The lease typically lasts between 99 and 125 years, but it can last longer.
Ground rent is the building block of a freeholder's income, which is why it's crucial that you ensure you're collecting the correct amount of rent. That's where our ground rent valuation services can help. If your lease(s) require a calculation to determine the ground rent, it is usual to instruct a chartered surveyor to assess the rent, especially if you must first establish the property's value.

We've had 2 unsuccessful moves where we've used Morgan Sloane. The fact this review is for 5 stars and we haven't even achieved what we wanted should show you what we think of them.
In a world where every estate agent and solicitor warns about long lead times to get a surveyor they've always found a way to squeeze us in quickly. They're pragmatic, responsive and helpful.
Lucy in admin has been great at communicating with us and Paul Horton who has valued the property twice is fantastic. Would definitely recommend (and will likely use again for the next attempted move!)
