Crystal Hearing's customer service was fantastic, my procedure (micro-suction for wax build up) was quick easy & painless and the results are amazing - I can now hear so much clearer than before. I want to put into writing how very pleased I've been in all my interactions with Crystal Hearing. All aspects of the service I received can only be described as excellent and rated as outstanding.
All hearing tests are undertaken by qualified Hearing Aid Dispensers registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. A full hearing test consultation includes: ear examination with video otoscopy, case history, hearing test, and clear explanation of hearing test results, and recommendation of the most appropriate hearing aids - this can take about 1 hour.

Informative website, efficient booking procedure with good feedback at every step, plenty of space and good Covid-safe provisions. As with other reviews, I was impressed with clinician Peter who listened carefully and adapted treatment to my condition. Although GP had told me the wax was not impeding my hearing, Peter immediately saw my ear drum was not even visible. After 10 minute treatment, a large lump of wax was removed and hearing restored. Very pleased with the outcome and strongly recommend this facility in Marlow Bottom.

I went to Crystal Hearing as I was suffering from a right hand side ear problem that was reducing the hearing in that ear. Peter arranged a swift appointment and diagnosed that the ear was completely blocked with wax made worse by using an off the shelf ear wax removal product. He explained the process he would be using and in a very short time my issue was resolved. Peter followed all COVID-19 processes and he was very professional and explained fully each and every treatment he would use.

This was my third visit to Crystal Hearing, but first in about 3 years. The previous 2 visits I have been seen by John but this time was treated by Peter who was equally professional and knowledgeable, even showing me a video inside my ear so I could see the work that had been carried out! One of my ears sometimes gets blocked with wax making it very disorientating and difficult to hear but micro-suction has provided an instant cure on all occasions, thanks as it really has been invaluable! Never again will I take for granted being able to hear my young kids crying in stereo quality sound ;)

In these uncertain times it was great to see a very specific we laid out plan to enable me to confidently book an appointment for ear wax removal for which I had an urgent need. Peter was fantastic very professional and explained every step of the procedure, at no time did I feel uncomfortable result clear ears no no more discomfort and hearing again great job and good value, I would highly recommend .

Peter was honestly so lovely and couldn’t be of more help to me and boyfriend with two different ear issues. He was very clear in communicating what he meant, friendly, professional and knowledgable about his field of work. Would 100% recommend him to anyone and everyone. I had bad wax build up and couldn’t hear from 25/12/2019 until today (3/1/2020) so I’m super happy with how effective his work is. John is very good guy, he greeted me with a warm welcome, he checked both of my ears and he knew straight away what is the right procedure for both of my ears. He cleared the wax that was in my ears u under 20 minutes which I am very impressed. The prices was very good. Thank you very much for your service and will be recommending to other people. I was recommended Crystal Hearing by a very good friend of mine who had visited with the same problem as me...not so great hearing after an ear infection & a build up of wax. John was very good, explaining all… the time what he was doing and it wasn't painful....well a tad bit painful in my left ear but that was the problem one! Treatment lasted about half hour and afterwards I could hear so much better. John also gave me a hearing test afterwards & all was good. I would definitely recommend coming here if you have any issues with your ears. Thanks John x
