As a payroll bureau which is dedicated to customer focus we aim to act not as a payroll outsourcing company but as your own in-house payroll department, based off site and at considerably less cost. We form relationships with all of our clients and remain in close contact at all times so that we become a valuable asset to their business.
Our payroll specialists will work with you to understand your business and how we can add value through our expertise and knowledge of HMRC statutory legislation as well as our understanding of the key role of payroll within any company. If we advise parallel pay runs would be beneficial prior to a 'live' transfer of your payroll, then we will project manage these parallel pay runs from start to finish.

We have been using Firefly for 5 years now and have been extremely happy with the service. Any concerns are dealt with promptly by Noreen. Our auto enrolment process was made easier using Firefly too. They have the "can do" attitude which makes our payroll run smoothly so any changes we want to make to our processes are accommodated. We really are treated like the customer. Would highly recommend.

We are a brand new free school and have never set up a payroll before. They made the whole process incredibly easy, handling all the admin and talking us through each step of the way. The monthly reports and payslips are produced on time each month without fail, and give us all the information we need. When we've had to ask a question they have always responded promptly.

We have been using Firefly as our payroll provider for a year now and I am glad I have made the switch from the previous supplier. Not only they are very cost effective, but the fact that I can always speak to the same people makes things so much efficient. Swapping payroll suppliers can be a daunting task, but Jason and Noreen have made the transition so easy and I can't thank them enough. Our company is now approaching the auto enrolment staging date and it is comforting to know that they have systems in place to help to take the administrative burden off of my shoulders.
