Here at The Pet Store we are an independent pet specialist company and always have your animals needs as our main priority. A far cry from your average pet shop experience, staff at The Pet Store are passionate animal lovers with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in niche areas. Thanks to its independent status, we are able to stock a range of food rarely found elsewhere including Biologically Appropriate Raw Food.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase from The Pet Store you can return it to us within 30 days. All goods must be returned unused, as new, in a saleable condition with the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has not been returned to us in a saleable condition.
We have our own loyalty card scheme that allows you to save money on your dog food. Only available on The Pet Store Grain Free 12kg, The Pet Store Super Premium 12kg & Simpsons Premium 12kg sacks. Buy 5 12kg sacks and get the 6th one half price. Please note that the dearest sack purchased on the card will be redeemed as your half price bag.
We have ample free parking to allow you to browse each store and ask us any questions you might have with regards to keeping your family's animals in peak condition. Heavy bags you say? Not a problem. We receive deliveries into our warehouse 5 days a week. We are very happy to order products in for our customers and call them as soon they arrive in store.
