AVOID. Dreadful product and people don’t communicate. Bought 25kg bird nuts directly from them online, the Hopewells branded bag had significant volume of rotten black and yellow nuts with the bulk pale greyish. Not fit for purpose , even birds. Tried to contact and make return and was completely ignored. In my view a real Rogue Trader peddling old rotten stock.

AVOID!!! Do not buy anything from this company and don't take my word for how bad it is - take the birds' opinion! We bought kibbled peanuts for our window feeders from them on eBay and our normally voracious birds won't touch them so they are either old and stale or not peanuts. We realised the problem when we watched the birds fly in, sniff them and fly away again. They sat there for a week and went mouldy, then waited for the seller to respond by which time it was too late for the 30-day money back guarantee. Opened a return request and they are ignoring it and also not answering the phone.

The box containing the 20kg of bird seed was burst on delivery and the product itself is full of chaff, husk and straw. Virtually unusable. Over the last five days I have emailed the seller attaching photographs, tried to contact them through Ebay and tried at least half a dozen times to telephone them, all without success.
I would far rather have dealt with this amicably without resorting to a public complaint but feel I have no choice.
Therefore one star due to poor quality bird seed, bad value for money and lack of customer service.
I recommend you go elsewhere.

Disgusting- no communication from the company- tried repeatedly to ring,
Email & contact via eBay as the bird seed didn’t arrive which cost £16.49. No refund just ignored the customer. We are pensioners in lockdown- you should be ashamed of yourselves. We want our money back please, we can’t afford to lose this. You’re still selling on eBay at a much cheaper price. Don’t buy from this company.

Placed an order and got automatically charged for next day delivery. Nothing has turned up more than 10 days later and no one is answering the phone or replying to emails. There is nothing on the website to say that they are closed or that deliveries are delayed. They seem active on Facebook although they are ignoring the many requests for information about orders that haven’t arrived.

After 70+ phone calls to the store which weren’t picked up, or the phone was engaged, I ordered on eBay. The delivery date came and went. I gave them the week stated, despite them usually delivering next day. 2 emails to the store went unanswered. I know they’re still operating so why can’t they drop a line to all the frustrated customers who just want to feed their animals, letting us know when we can expect the food? I placed an order for cat food in November, still has not arrived. Paid £5.99 for next day delivery as well!! I spent £52. They took the money but no goods have arrived yet. Not returning my emails and telephone is just ringing out, have been trying for months on a daily basis to contact them either to get my delivery or a refund to no avail. Basically they have stolen £52 from me. I am now having to report to trading standards. But not likely I will get my money back. This company will basically rob your money. Fraudsters!

Appalling, do not order anything from these people. Took £45.97 out of my bank, which included £5.99 for next day delivery. Received nothing, web site been taken down, not answering phones or several emails sent. I understand that delivery can be late or difficult at these times but any ‘reputable company’ would have the decency to let you know and not just totally ignore you so you would at least know if you are going to get your order 🤷♀️
