Fast delivery, ordered Friday received Monday morning. just starting my dog on this brand as havent been happy with other brands of raw food. my dog sufferers bad with allergies, fingers crossed I see some improvement and he enjoys it!! Nice variety, pleased so far

I have used Nutriment for many years and have weaned litters onto the food for the last 7 years. I am disappointed that they did not notify me of the price increase to give some forewarning. They also seemed to have discretely stopped selling the venison and chicken in chubbs. As other companies are moving to more environmentally packaging, Nutriment have not moved with the times. Thanks Nutriment for giving me the push I need to research a different brand.

WARNING SELLING BAD SPOILED RAW DOG FOOD!
My dog used to love this but I dont no if they have either changed recipe or if the foods gone bad when they have changed sites and they have continued to send it out.
I usually order 10-15kg at a time and the last twice it seemed like the dog was going off her food which was pup food so I ordered the adult and again was picky hardly ate to the point I was getting really worried about her but then I realised she would eat Kibble.
I changed Raw brands to Nutriments biggest competitor which is actually a little cheaper and a better welcome bonus as well

I’ve been using this brand for several years and on average was ordering 80-90kg a month to feed my 4 dogs. I had switched to nutriment from natural instinct as I felt that i wanted to use a more ethical company and was aware of the history between the 2 companies. I went to reorder last month to find the cost had increased by almost £70 per month… despite the cost increasing a few months back as well. I did contact them on messenger about this and received a response that the price of food has increased and therefore they had to increase their prices. I have now had no option

My 2 puppies love it! Great service, food is always dispatched less 24 hrs after ordered. I would 100% recommend 👌

I’ve fed my dog Nutriment for several years now and found it to be a good dog food; however, I am sick of this company drastically increasing their prices with no explanation to their customers. I placed my last order in November. Turkey chubbs were £4.35. I logged in to place an order today and they are £5.49! That’s a 26% increase in 2 months!… The price of the other varieties have also significantly increased. I will have to find an alternative dog food now, as this isn’t the first time Nutriment have done this and I expect it won’t be the last.

Wow my dogs improved in smell and condition very quickly after starting to raw feed . All 3 love it and actually wait while preparing it . No hanging around waiting when they were fed kibble ! . Give it a try nothing to loose

Ignore the opening hours, they are closed. Only pre booked orders. Maybe update Google accordingly? (Edit) They are closed, with a closed sign in the window. This review is for those using Google maps who might wish to purchase from the shop. Do not drive there without pre-ordering, they are not open!

Just changed onto Nutriment from dry food. I shouldn’t have worried about possible runny stools on changing over, all went extremely well. My dog is going crazy at meal times for this raw food. She loves it. No more stinky bottom! The only negative is the packaging as others have said but I am sure that is a developing factor. We can’t use the… chubbs as my dog is only small and wouldn’t finish the full chubb in the 2-3 days after defrosting. High delivery charge too but worth every penny to see how much better it is for my dog and her enjoying the food. Otherwise very

The plastic packaging is not recyclable; not the dark smaller size boxes, the ‘Sausage ‘ wrapping of the larger packs , nor the boxes they come in . Absolutely no reference as to how to dispose of the wrappers . Not acceptable in this age .

My dogs love the products and their health is extremely important to me.
I recommend if you want reasonable prices and great quality food for your dogs or cats use this company I can not recommend them enough.

I agree with the review below - collect if you can as they just cannot honor next day delivery. Customer service also took a very 'not our problem' attitude. Now i'm going to have 20kgs of raw food defrosted on the doorstep for the next week as they are delivering a day later. Really poor.

Not too happy at all,
I have found 2 little pieces of plastic in the kidney support food.
At first I thought it was fish skin, but no I found 2 pieces, I do not have the time to be mixing the food around to find pieces of plastic so therfore I am dashing the food in the bins and will never be feeding my pup this again!
I would much rather spend the time planning and making a raw diet for my pup

We wouldn't consider feeding anything else! Food is reasonably priced especially given the quality, my dogs enjoy every meal (and one can be fussy!) good range of frozen bones, hearts etc to give added variety. Staff have always been so helpful with any questions I have and are genuinely interested in my dogs and how they are doing. Extremely glad I found this company and very grateful for all their help over the years 😊

We have a rescue Setter from Italy and due to him being a stray was underweight at 14Kg, 7 weeks ago. We've been feeding him Nutriment Raw for around 6 weeks and his weight has increased to 17Kg and he's healthy, has a nice coat and full of life. No need for any other additions to his main meals. We have a local stockist who is a small business so we feel we're doing our bit to help them also. Great product, would highly recommend.

I feed both my boys Nutriment Raw. Happy, healthy dogs. Great stuff.

We have just started our border collie puppy on raw food. She loves it. The staff are really helpful & friendly. We will be visiting weekly.
