Just wanted to recognise the awesome customer service I experienced in the Addlestone branch today. I’m currently on crutches which makes it very difficult to carry things, let alone hay and sawdust bales. The very kind assistant helped me, even suggested she go get them to save me hopping down the aisle. She then very kindly put them in my car for… me. She did all this with a smile and friendly disposition as did her colleague. I’m so grateful, everything on crutches either takes so much longer or is incredibly tricky and there’s no way I would’ve been able to carry

We’ve been going to puppy hour at the Crawley store for the past few weeks. Highly recommend it. The staff are helpful and caring. It has been incredible to see the difference in our puppy from timid and overwhelmed to a much more confident and playful puppy, getting stuck in from the start of the hour. It has been an invaluable experience for him… and it wouldn’t have been the same if the staff didn’t monitor the sessions so we’ll and make sure all the puppies are comfortable and able to grow into the sessions at their own pace. I go to puppy hour at bridgemere outlet and it is fantastic … staff are very helpful and I have really bonded with other owners … it is now my first port of call for anything I need for my new puppy…can’t tell… you how much appreciate their help and advice… even helpful printouts for things for the lick mat … customer service is excellent … Woody says thank you too

We visited your store at Bridgemere on 21/08/2021 just after midday and were greeted by two lovely staff members. They recognised that our dog was nervous, and as there we other dogs around the lady offered to… keep him occupied behind their till. There is not many people that would do this, and this lady is a real asset to your team. We wished we remembered to get her name, to add personal value to this review, all we know is that she was working alongside James! Thank you for your help, our visit today is one we shall remember!

I just got off the phone with this awesome store. I live in Vancouver Canada but it is the middle of the night and I found a random hamster in my apartment. I have a cat and live in a studio so I needed advice on how to contain him and what to feed him. A lovely shop assistant gave me tons of excellent advice.
