We started out as a bricks and mortar Pet Shop, named The Pet Shed. We were present on the main High Street in Burgess Hill for many years. Like many small businesses we began to see our customer's needs change and how they wished to shop. We adapted to meet this demand with the flexibility that on line shopping offers.
In the unlikely event that you need to return an item, Pet Supplies Sussex will accept returns of items that are in an 'as new' condition. This must be within 14 days from the date of purchase. This will be subject to a 10% (of the original purchase price) handle charge. The items must be new in appearance and free from damage, hair and dirt.

They are a fab totally reliable company fir everything for your pet, I have 2 bunnies & a cat. I buy all my hay & straw, fibrefirst & bunnies food from them. the quality is outstanding & my bunnies don't need any other hay they love theirs.
if I need anything I only have to text or ring & they will bring it to me sometimes on the same day! if not then a couple days later.
the prices are very competitive & because the quality is so good so I wouldn't go anywhere else.

They genuinely care about what is best for your pets and will help with any questions you have to ask, if they don't stock list something on their website they can order requested items in so you never have to worry, just drop them a call and happy shopping.
