We've had our new caravan at Pale Wood just four weeks and have enjoyed every minute so far! Sam and Michelle were extremely helpful and patient, sorting everything out for us concerning the purchase / resiting etc. In that short time we have also got to know the rest of the team; Dean, Brian, Roy and Joe (not forgetting Nexus of course!), who have been so welcoming and friendly, as we get ourselves settled into this new way of life!

Always a pleasure to be there, the manager, owners and staff are always cheerfull and easy to chat to.. cant do enough for us... the site itself is alway beautifully maintained. Good size woods for dogs to roam off lead.. 99%of the orher occupiers are great.. but there is always the odd one wherever you may go.. easy to get anywhere.. Bala lake just 5 clicks away.. walking canoeing steam railway.. the best thing .. No club, bar or kiddies area.. local pub is good..

This is a beautiful park, very peaceful and in a lovely area. We have been here 11 years now and have loved every minute of our time spent here. It's a well maintained park and gained its 5star rating with the Welsh tourist board due to the hard work and efforts of the present managers Karen and Tony. It also has the David Bellamy Gold award for wildlife. We have seen so much wildlife here including Red Kites. If you are looking to escape and unwind then this is the place to be, you can walk, fish or just chill out in lovely surroundings. Not forgetting two local hostelries close by.

We have been at Pale Wood for about 12 years and have seen some changes in that time - some good some bad! The site is lovely with gorgeous mountain views and very tranquil for a lovely chill out relaxing time. We must say that we are very delighted to see Karen and Tony back looking after the park a Big welcome back.

Pale Wood is a beautiful and tranquil place with lovely woodland walks and a host of wildlife, and is perfectly placed not only for a relaxing break but also for touring North Wales. We purchased our first lodge there in 2010 with the help of Karen, who with her husband Tony, managed the park to a very high standard. We are disappointed to see them go and felt that the standard of the park deteriorated without them, so we were delighted to hear of their return, and on our first visit of the year it was clear that they had quickly restored the park to its five-star standard. We felt that we were

We moved onto Pale Wood into a second hand van last year, we were so impressed with the park that we decided to change our old van for a brand new one. The transition to our new van was made a very easy and pleasant experience due to the excellent support and help we received from the site managers Karen and Tony, who throughout have been exceptional particularly with the help to move they gave me as I have a number of mobility issues.I have noticed one or two negative comments in these reviews and cannot understand where the people who placed these comments are coming from, I can only assume that
