There are local castles to explore including Conwy, Dolwyddelan and Caernarfon Castles, and the steam railways of the Ffestiniog Railway, Snowdon Mountain Railway, and the Welsh Highland Railway. There are numerous activities to be enjoyed such as walking, cycling, fishing and birdwatching (you will see a Red Kite).

Fantastic setting with beautiful views of Snowdonia. Immaculate site, toilet and shower block very clean. Great spot for venturing out to other places/attractions, we will definitely be returning again soon!!

First visit to this site and would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful. Well kept site and owners are helpful & friendly. Showers, loos and laundry room spotless. Even able to buy fab free range eggs every day from their farm. Will be back again soon.

The people who run this place are great - we turned up unexpectedly, having declined to stay at a nearby site which was not really what we were after. They let us stay the night and we're very friendly. It's immaculately clean and very well looked after. Lovely spot with great views. Thank you for your hospitality!

Nice, small caravan park with only 20 spots. Very clean bathroom/shower/laundry. Campsite is located on cusp of a hill with views all around and one can see both sunset and sunrise. Owner's milk farm is on otherside of road.

Absolutely lovely site. The couple went above and beyond to help us and kept the shop open for the campers in case we needed anything. Site was clean and tidy and toilets were spotless. Even opened the portaloo for me due to being pregnant. Will definitely be returning again.

This is a wonderful spot for the site and amazing views when the weather is clear as well can see for miles. At night the sky is amazing with all those stars up there with no clouds to hide them or man made background lights polluting the sky is a very diffrent thing to be seen and behold. The site is quite level in most parts and drains well when it rains non stop too. The toilets and shower block is very clean and tidy all the time and they have very good recycle bins on site, pitches are a great size and have power and water and also waste disposal areas as well. A lovely little park with a very tidy and well equipped toilet block, I stayed here with members of my family in July 2012. The view was absolutely spectacular on a clear day, albeit the site itself was a little exposed to inclement weather conditions.
The local towns are sufficiently equipped, with many decent attractions nearby.
