Same experience as another reviewer here. We went to chat about adding a wood burning stove to our house, but we wanted to spend extra to benefit from a double-sided unit. The guy here took one look at us (youngish and not sure what our options were) and must have decided we were time wasters, then proceeded to fob us off with an irrelevant brochure and zero advice or warmth.
We got straight in the car and went to his competitor at HOTC where we ended up spending £4k getting our dream wood burner - which has been fantastic over the winter.
